WHO AM I AND WHY AM I HERE

Isn't that the age old question? In truth, you are pure spirit, who has come forth into a human mold as a manifestation of Divine Intelligence, existing this little while on Earth to help carry on the Divine Plan. Being pure spirit, you are a part of the only intelligence there is and all the power and understanding of this intelligence are yours to draw upon. You see, the Universal Super conscious Mind (Creator) is seeking to know itself by dropping into matter since it cannot know itself as infinity. Creator seeks to know itself by becoming you and me and every other thing in the Universe. Thus, human purpose is destined to expand self-consciousness to Infinity. To understand Infinity, we need to be infinite.

To fully understand, think of Creator as the ocean and of mankind as individual drops of water in the ocean. When you come into this life Creator places your soul (subconscious mind) into a new body and you are born. The purpose of this life is to expand through the experiences you've chosen and to grow in enlightenment, not attaching to your experiences, but rather observing them. When we transition (leave this realm) our soul, that little drop of water, sojourns in the non-physical and may continue to learn on the other side those lessons not completed in a lifetime until it's time to reincarnate again.  Creator does not judge, condemn, or punish. Our soul, our subconscious mind, that little drop of water is infinite, thus it reincarnates into another human body. We have lived thousands of lives and will live thousands of more lives until we have completed our lessons, released old programs and reconnect with our Higher-God-Selves.

That my friend leads us to why we are here? This is the lifetime we've been waiting for, the time spoke of in many religious text, the return of the seventh and final Golden Age. We are aware that Mother Earth is shifting to higher frequencies. Well, you and I have been given an opportunity to end reincarnation into the third dimension, to move into the fifth dimension consciously and in body if we so choose. But, in order for that to happen we must remember who we are, raise our frequency, clear away all the false beliefs and live from our hearts. When we can do that we will clear a channel for our higher aspects to return to us, coming closer to infinity.

REPROGRAMMING YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS

Your Subconscious Mind is the Creator. It will create into reality whatever the Conscious Mind commands and you control your Conscious Mind. Your Subconscious Mind is in direct contact with the Universal Super Conscious Mind of Creator. You tell Creator what you desire and Creator tells you how to get it.

The power of your subconscious is enormous. It inspires you, it guides you, and it reveals to you names, facts, and scenes from the memory banks of your mind. Your subconscious mind controls all the vital processes and functions of your body and knows the answer to all problems. Your subconscious mind never sleeps; it is always on the job.

To become a conscious creator you have to reprogram old beliefs and patterns. It takes time, patience, and perseverance, to get the results you desire. You must first decide that you want change before anything will happen.

To Change Your Programming

You must control your subconscious mind so you can alter your old limiting beliefs. To do this you have to follow certain steps.
You already know that everything vibrates including your thoughts. They are first established in the conscious and analyzed there. Then the thought is passed to the subconscious mind for processing, and to establish and store a belief. Since this is the case, you have the option as to what thoughts go into your conscious and pass through to your subconscious.

The easiest way to do this would be to take in new information, data that is conducive to what you need it to be. The information you take in and enter into your conscious mind has to be a new belief that will work in harmony with the universe and vibrate accordingly. For example you read something that has encouraging information. Whatever you read, must not be what you formerly read, or else you are defeating the purpose of reprogramming. The information has to be a new source that is in harmony with what you wish to accomplish in your life.

Think of it like being hypnotized and told to act a certain way that is contrary to the way you acted before. When the right command is given, you will respond accordingly. This is the way reprogramming works. You position yourself in a relaxed atmosphere and slowly take in the new information-data you need, for example, through meditation. This will help shut down your conscious mind temporarily and allow your subconscious mind to awaken to be receptive to the information you are about to input into your brain.

Your goal is to allow those up lifting thoughts to enter into your subconscious mind and let them resonate in there and vibrate to and become a match with the vibrating universe. If everything is in harmony, your new thoughts will be your new beliefs and these beliefs will work for you and not against you. You’ll be able to accomplish more in your life now and in your future, when everything within you works together in harmony and is in perfect alignment with the universe.

HIGHER CONSCIOUS SELF

Higher Consciousness is spiritual or mystical awareness and there are many levels of higher consciousness which you can experience as you learn how to daily move through your normal mind with all its thoughts about past, present and future and enter the infinite, unlimited part of your being.

Higher Consciousness is an ever-increasing awareness of your spiritual essence, the meaning of life and of the underlying spiritual nature in all things. In elevating your awareness beyond your normal thought processes you can experience your true nature and God potential.

It however is the least understood and least accessed aspect of consciousness because it does not belong to the physical or mental realm. Its domain is the spiritual realm. It is the you that is all-knowing and all-powerful and is one with Universal Mind. It is the you that is beyond not only the physical world but also the emotions of your mental world. Your higher self does not distinguish between good or bad, wrong or right, happy or sad - not because it is unable to but because it has no need to for it only knows balance, love, eternal detached observance and stillness.

Your reality which is not actuality is an Illusion: Your higher conscious self knows that your physical outside world that you experience as your reality is an illusion. It knows that your circumstances, whether wanted or unwanted, are simply a reflection of your inner world which itself is a product of your thoughts. It knows that your reality is the mirror that allows your conscious self to experience itself. In this knowledge, your higher conscious self is always still and at peace. It observes your success and your failure, your joy and your pain knowing that it is all a dream.

Where your conscious mind is the commander and your subconscious mind the subject, your higher conscious self is your kingdom. It is in reference to your higher self that Jesus Christ said "the kingdom of heaven is within".

All three aspects are One - varying degrees of a singular Mind, itself pure energy vibrating at different frequencies. You already possess it all you need to do is become consciously aware of it.

When you learn to consciously program your subconscious mind under the protection of your conscious mind and the direction of your higher self, you will see miraculous transformation in all areas of your life.

CONNECTING TO YOUR HIGHER-SELF

Two thousand years ago, Christ said to his disciples, “Give not thought what you will say before you are brought before the judges; for verily I say unto you, at that same moment, the words shall be on your lips.” Christ was pointing out a mystical truth, that if a person is tuned into their Higher-Self they will be guided by it. How many of us have had that happen? I know every time I’m interviewed I have no idea what I will say until the question is asked and lo and behold the answer comes forth. Not only will the words come forth, but new ideas of how to do things, or even a new business idea will come to you when you let go (ego) and let your God-Self. You see we are born in this society where we have been programmed to just go along and not think for ourselves. But we can through meditation, prayer and our intention begin to regain our sovereignty and know that from within lies all the wisdom, knowledge and understanding needed to consciously create your Heaven on Earth, be empowered and truly happy.

The choice is yours, do you continue to go along or do you begin to do your own thinking; after all isn’t that what this incarnation is all about? Becoming your own master, a conscious creator?

More important than any technique learned to establish self-direction or gaining control of your thoughts is the spirit with which one approaches life. You must want to be directed by your Higher-Self and have a sincere desire to be true to your own soul and your individual destiny as determined by God. It also means seeing the illusion that can come about when letting your ego-self guide you creating false thoughts about yourself and the world around you.

As you strive to connect with and tune in to your Higher-Self it helps to maintain a positive mental attitude at the surface part of your consciousness because it creates a state of mind wherein your higher mind may more easily influence you. You may also want to learn to separate an intuitive response from an emotional one, as an emotional response is more the influence of your personal ego and the influence of other people’s thinking of you and not your Higher-Self which of course is the detached observer of all things.

If you wish your higher mind to lead you, you must keep open to it, so daily affirm that you receive inner Higher-Self direction by using an affirmation such as: “All channels of my mind are open to receive daily direction from all channels opened for me through my Higher-Self.”

The effort you put forth is nothing compared to the benefits of truly stepping into you God power. Are you ready to open up to all the divine possibilities awaiting you?

JUDGMENT

Your opinion of right or wrong, good or bad is from your conditioned mind. This conditioned mind is what one most become free of to awaken and expand. All the judgments you place on the world - good or bad, right or wrong, mentally labeling things - keep your ego in place. They keep you from becoming one with life and at peace.

Every judgment produces a never-ending spiral of separation. With judgment, there is division, and a sense of alienation. These judgmental thoughts produce anger, self-justification, a greater need to defend oneself, and then more judgment.  It hinders the Gift of Life and prevents the gift of Life Force from flowing through you.

If you judge a person, they instantly become a concept to you - you lose who they are. If you do not judge them, but allow them to be, you are more likely to see their inner essence as who they actually are, which is one with you.

If you judge a thing - even calling an object "my glass" - this forms another concept, and the object becomes deadened through the filter of the ego. Look at an object with no judgment or mental labeling. Can you see the stillness emanating from that object now? You see it as it is.

If you judge a situation as bad, you instantly feel bad. If you do not judge the moment, allow it to be, a sense of spaciousness, aliveness and peace arise, and you become free of the situation.

Non-judgment can be applied to anything - people, situations, thoughts, feelings or things. It takes you deeper into the truth of reality.

Non-judgment takes you to a place where you can transcend the world and your ego. It takes you to a place of neutral serenity, at one with yourself and everything around you. Remain as the space for any judgments arising in you, remain as the watcher.

Notice that judgment is such a thing of the mind and the ego; it really does not exist in the true nature of things. Here is an example of the “mind stuff” of judgment: Someone gives you a wonderful bouquet of flowers and you say, “Those roses are beautiful, but they should be lilies.” As soon as you make that kind of a judgment that something fits and something else does not, your judgment destroys the beauty that was there.

Now, we all make judgments like that, sometimes without even thinking. But as we choose to awaken and raise our consciousness we must go beyond appearances. See beyond your thoughts. See beyond your feelings. See beyond your preconceived notions. See beyond what you think other people want you to see and become free.

THE BREATH OF LIFE

From the moment of our birth until our final transition, we breathe, always and everywhere. Indeed, breath defines our life and supports body, mind and spirit. Besides being central to life, ever-present, and connected to the spirit, breathing involves an easily noticeable complex of physical sensations. Thus, the practice of breath awareness was widely embraced by our ancestors in the spiritual pursuit. The Buddha was engaged in breath awareness as his primary practice at the time of his enlightenment. The Christian Desert Fathers, Hindu Yogis, and Islamic Sufis employed variations of breath awareness.

Most people are shallow or chest breathers drawing minimal air into the lungs, usually by drawing air into the chest using the intercostal muscles rather than throughout the lungs via the diaphragm and are unaware of the condition. You did not start out this way; in fact, shallow or chest breathing is a learned behavior. Every baby instinctively breathes from the abdomen. You can see this watching small children and babies as they sleep. This cycle of poor breathing, can cause tension and low energy, which makes raising your vibration difficult. When you breathe shallowly, the air only enters your upper chest and very little enters your lower chest. This causes a lack of oxygen to your blood vessels, which can create strain on your heart and lungs, and releases stress hormones.

Learning to breathe deeply will increase your oxygen supply, which, in turn, will help to decrease stress and anxiety levels. According to studies, you can inhale and exhale up to seven times as much air during a three-part breath than in a shallow, chest-based breath. This deep breathing is the foundation for other yogic exercises, such as meditation and cleansing and is known as pranic breathing (Life Force).

Proper breathing is the very essence of life. It is how our vibration works and why it happens. It is also the most important life function we perform. Proper deep breathing is a natural way to increase your energy level and the electromagnetic flow into your body. The key is to become mindful of the breathing process: to practice every day until it becomes automatic for you.

The steps are straightforward, but like everything new, be patient with yourself. You can close your eyes, or, keep them open through this exercise, whichever is more comfortable for you. If you're doing pranic breathing during meditation, you will probably close your eyes. Here is the method to do it:
  •  Sit on the edge of a chair, sofa, or bed, whichever you choose.
  •  Keep your back straight and away from the back of the chair or sofa.
  • Place both thumbs on your navel and spread your hands across your lower belly. This gets you used to how you feel when you expand your diaphragm.
  • Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth behind the hard palate, the hard ridge behind your top row of teeth. Keep it there while breathing. This connects two major meridians, or energy channels, enabling the flow of prana. One meridian runs down the front of the body from the palate to the perineum. This is the “conception” or “main” meridian. The other runs from the perineum up the spine, over the back of the head, down the forehead, and ends at the top of the palate. This is the “governor” meridian.
  • Exhale through your mouth until your lungs are empty, but do not strain. Your stomach should move in, but try to keep your spine straight.
  • Begin breathing in slowly through your nose.
  • Feel your lungs filling up in three segments: first the abdomen, then the ribcage, and finally, your chest.
  • Your chest should not move as you breathe in, only your abdomen.
  • As your lungs reach capacity, pause for a moment. Then exhale smoothly and gently through your nose.
  • This completes one cycle of pranic breathing.

YOU ARE THE SUM OF YOUR THOUGHTS!

Consciousness refers to your individual awareness of your unique thoughts, memories, feelings, sensations and environment. Your conscious experiences are constantly shifting and changing. For example, now you are hopefully focused on what you are reading. Your consciousness may then shift to the memory of a conversation you had earlier with a friend. Next, you might notice how uncomfortable your chair is or maybe you are mentally planning that long awaited vacation. These ever-shifting streams of thoughts can change dramatically from one moment to the next, but your experience of them seems smooth and effortless. To awaken is to be aware of all aspects of your life. What are you creating in this moment? Your Consciousness is your ability or your amount of awareness of both self and others. This awareness can range from zero (as in deep, dreamless sleep), to Cosmic Consciousness, which is total awareness of all that exists in all universes (the state of Consciousness of the SUPREME BEING).

The goal is that you begin to detach from the outcome and be more of an observer, for that is part of the personality of your soul to observe, encourage and be in gratitude. Of course you have to first understand how your subconscious mind or the memory banks of your mind work, if you are to make any lasting changes. The relationship between the conscious mind and subconscious mind is like an onion. The conscious is signified by the outer skin that is easily viewed, while the subconscious is signified by the soft fleshy interior and hidden. The subconscious mind works according to the law of belief, which states; you can have anything that you want if you can give up the belief that you can’t have it.  Mark 11:23 say’s it this way; “whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.”

The subconscious is the largest part of the mind; it holds all of the messages we’ve received throughout our existence, and learned through repetition, then it groups them into beliefs, habits, mindsets, and character traits. Those then determine how you feel, whether or not you have a positive attitude, or a negative one, as well as your level of success in life. From this point the subconscious is now in control of your footsteps, and how new experiences will be perceived.

To experience real change you must become a guardian of everything entering into your mind, because everything that you see, hear and feel goes directly into your subconscious mind. For me, that means managing the information I allow in, and eliminating as much negative information like the news and violent movies as possible. I also make a daily practice of using positive words to reinforce the attributes I desire.

There is a world inside of you, namely your thoughts, feeling, and imagery that create your world in the physical reality. It is, therefore, the only creative power, and everything that you find in your physical world, has first been created by you in the inner world of your mind, consciously or unconsciously. Knowledge of the interaction of your conscious and subconscious minds will enable you to transform your whole life. In order to change external conditions, you must change the cause, which is internal. Most people try to change conditions and circumstances by working within the frame work of those conditions and circumstances. However, to remove discord, confusion, lack, and limitation, you must remove the cause, and the cause is the way you are using your conscious mind; in other words, the way you are thinking.
