<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgUIIlHl62-dWCC6ZpVtQFMr798B8wkCrDHdMYTYFQS34q_qM-f6LHNED9qEqguyMWw8UrdKReTtC-Ylfsxyu73jIMiRO6OuZDkJr2kmY0jTNfimUpZe9ylP4P2Rsp_fqboRywrO2IFu1Ki/s1600/Time.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" height="294" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgUIIlHl62-dWCC6ZpVtQFMr798B8wkCrDHdMYTYFQS34q_qM-f6LHNED9qEqguyMWw8UrdKReTtC-Ylfsxyu73jIMiRO6OuZDkJr2kmY0jTNfimUpZe9ylP4P2Rsp_fqboRywrO2IFu1Ki/s320/Time.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 10.0pt;">
Are your ready for your lightbody? Everyone will step into it sooner or later, one way or another. It is the destiny of humanity to come to know its own divinity. It is nirvana and light-merge; it is becoming one with the All. It is wonderful, and you will come to experience it...regardless of which pathway you choose to awaken and even if it takes you another lifetime or two.<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 10.0pt;">
To assume our lightbody’s we have options: death and resurrection or empowered ascension. Death and resurrection are, as the terms imply, a death crossing followed by a rising again to life. It doesn't matter how death comes; our spirits leave our bodies and the body shuts down. The empty body, no longer the vessel of a living being, is sloughed off, discarded and decays. The lightbody then rises after the death has occurred. <o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 10.0pt;">
Empowered ascension although a complex process requires much conscious preparation and can be done if one chooses during this current life cycle. Once the vibration is raised high enough the lightbody will be able to enter the physical body while still living, no death will occur. It is a result of expanded consciousness and taking responsibility for the reprogramming of the mind. Overcoming the illusions of separation and bringing the body’s multi existences into balance including the etheric, spiritual, emotional, mental and physical bodies. <o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 10.0pt;">
But empowered ascension is beyond a simple integration involving the physical body with the body of light vehicle. Ascension it is not a birthright; it must be earned. It must be actively and consciously co- created through the use of practice, integrity and intention. When properly executed the empowered ascended one becomes as a living aspect of God on Earth. She or he will be in full oneness with the higher powers or higher self, or I Am Presence yet will also walk the Earth in an ascended state of grace, taking part in the life of the planet and in the lives of its inhabitants as she or he may see fit. If it's what you want, you can do it. The concept of empowered ascension is a uniquely human one, and will mark the creation of a new breed of human beings in whom higher powers are also vested. <o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 10.0pt;">
Most importantly in order to ascend you must have your lightbody without it there can be no ascension. To get the lightbody you must raise and sustain your vibrational frequencies at higher levels without losing your balance and to be able to remain in the loving space of the heart. <o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 10.0pt;">
It is an unprecedented time in history do you want your Lightbody and Ascend this time? <o:p></o:p></div>

<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Speaking
comes to most people as naturally as breathing and for most they think very
little of the power of those words. On many occasions your words are uttered
without conscious thought; in fact you rarely stop and think about what you are
saying. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></span></div>

<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Thousands of
words pour out of your mouth each day as your thoughts, opinions, judgments and
beliefs are freely expressed. Often, however, you are oblivious to their
impact. In raising your consciousness it's important to understand the power of
your words, and to consciously choose them. For once a word is spoken the power
and energy of it can never be taken back.
<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

will go into action and will have an effect. Your words spoken have even more
power than your thoughts because they not only affect yourself but the people
and the world around you. The Universe
simply gives you precisely what you ask for, vibrationally speaking. The
Universe, God (Creator), only vibrates in one way and in one direction. That
direction is toward love and flow. You are either in the flow or not. God does
not pick and choose for you. By what you vibrate to, you pick and choose. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

difference in your attitude can make a major difference in your life and be as
simple as the language you use. The difference in even how you talk to yourself
or others can impact you in a major way. Consciously making a decision to quit
saying what you don't want and to start saying what you do want, believing the
best, hoping for the best and moving toward the best will result and better
results.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiEFOho7O3-Ou_42u3LFwOAz1w7VvfGhHPInj3a_HQefYh34YnSVWzPz5ZCLWxBJLLgWQ0uclsWCyIvk1ITO4qyFMO90DW2LQhc23SO8jBWt9cBc30comv4D7Meu4xo-UdQGs8OaGol46ex/s1600/114.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiEFOho7O3-Ou_42u3LFwOAz1w7VvfGhHPInj3a_HQefYh34YnSVWzPz5ZCLWxBJLLgWQ0uclsWCyIvk1ITO4qyFMO90DW2LQhc23SO8jBWt9cBc30comv4D7Meu4xo-UdQGs8OaGol46ex/s320/114.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
Isn't that
the age old question? In truth, you are pure spirit, who has come forth into a
human mold as a manifestation of Divine Intelligence, existing this little
while on Earth to help carry on the Divine Plan. Being pure spirit, you are a
part of the only intelligence there is and all the power and understanding of
this intelligence are yours to draw upon. You see, the Universal Super
conscious Mind (Creator) is seeking to know itself by dropping into matter
since it cannot know itself as infinity. Creator seeks to know itself by
becoming you and me and every other thing in the Universe. Thus, human purpose
is destined to expand self-consciousness to Infinity. To understand Infinity,
we need to be infinite. <o:p></o:p><br />
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">To fully
understand, think of Creator as the ocean and of mankind as individual drops of
water in the ocean. When you come into this life Creator places your soul
(subconscious mind) into a new body and you are born. The purpose of this life
is to expand through the experiences you've chosen and to grow in enlightenment,
not attaching to your experiences, but rather observing them. When we
transition (leave this realm) our soul, that little drop of water, sojourns in
the non-physical and may continue to learn on the other side those lessons not
completed in a lifetime until it's time to reincarnate again. Creator does not judge, condemn, or punish.
Our soul, our subconscious mind, that little drop of water is infinite, thus it
reincarnates into another human body. We have lived thousands of lives and will
live thousands of more lives until we have completed our lessons, released old
programs and reconnect with our Higher-God-Selves. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">That my
friend leads us to why we are here? This is the lifetime we've been waiting
for, the time spoke of in many religious text, the return of the seventh and
final Golden Age. We are aware that Mother Earth is shifting to higher
frequencies. Well, you and I have been given an opportunity to end
reincarnation into the third dimension, to move into the fifth dimension
consciously and in body if we so choose. But, in order for that to happen we
must remember who we are, raise our frequency, clear away all the false beliefs
and live from our hearts. When we can do that we will clear a channel for our
higher aspects to return to us, coming closer to infinity. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Your
Subconscious Mind is the Creator. It will create into reality whatever the
Conscious Mind commands and you control your Conscious Mind. Your Subconscious
Mind is in direct contact with the Universal Super Conscious Mind of Creator. </span><span style="background: white; font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">You tell Creator what you desire and Creator tells you how to get it. <o:p></o:p></span><br />

<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The power of your subconscious is
enormous. It inspires you, it guides you, and it reveals to you names, facts,
and scenes from the memory banks of your mind. Your subconscious mind controls
all the vital processes and functions of your body and knows the answer to all
problems. Your subconscious mind never sleeps; it is always on the job.<o:p></o:p></span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">To become a conscious creator you
have to reprogram old beliefs and patterns. It takes time, patience, and
perseverance, to get the results you desire. You must first decide that you
want change before anything will happen.<o:p></o:p></span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">To Change Your Programming<o:p></o:p></span></b><br />
<b><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">You must control your subconscious
mind so you can alter your old limiting beliefs. To do this you have to follow
certain steps. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">You already know that everything
vibrates including your thoughts. They are first established in the conscious
and analyzed there. Then the thought is passed to the subconscious mind for
processing, and to establish and store a belief. Since this is the case, you
have the option as to what thoughts go into your conscious and pass through to
your subconscious.<o:p></o:p></span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The easiest way to do this would be
to take in new information, data that is conducive to what you need it to be.
The information you take in and enter into your conscious mind has to be a new
belief that will work in harmony with the universe and vibrate accordingly. For
example you read something that has encouraging information. Whatever you read,
must not be what you formerly read, or else you are defeating the purpose of
reprogramming. The information has to be a new source that is in harmony with
what you wish to accomplish in your life. <o:p></o:p></span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Think of it like
being hypnotized and told to act a certain way that is contrary to the way you
acted before. When the right command is given, you will respond accordingly.
This is the way reprogramming works. You position yourself in a relaxed
atmosphere and slowly take in the new information-data you need, for example,
through meditation. This will help shut down your conscious mind temporarily
and allow your subconscious mind to awaken to be receptive to the information
you are about to input into your brain.<o:p></o:p></span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Your goal is to allow those up
lifting thoughts to enter into your subconscious mind and let them resonate in
there and vibrate to and become a match with the vibrating universe. If
everything is in harmony, your new thoughts will be your new beliefs and these
beliefs will work for you and not against you. You’ll be able to accomplish
more in your life now and in your future, when everything within you works
together in harmony and is in perfect alignment with the universe.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

Consciousness is spiritual or mystical awareness and there are many levels of

<div style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjMvuT7e_6-vMXyA0VKyWI0jh9NBfhVbXMrdwyR4Ne3ozT7Mww3XKn5yHsskCtL9xUIyNMJaVSWfWUk-JjfB8cSHlNzP8QuLfT1yGuzEQj9vJEISkdvApbJRkpMlrU6LgSCLr8n2n1O1XmD/s1600/mas-img1.png" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjMvuT7e_6-vMXyA0VKyWI0jh9NBfhVbXMrdwyR4Ne3ozT7Mww3XKn5yHsskCtL9xUIyNMJaVSWfWUk-JjfB8cSHlNzP8QuLfT1yGuzEQj9vJEISkdvApbJRkpMlrU6LgSCLr8n2n1O1XmD/s1600/mas-img1.png" /></a></div>
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Two thousand years ago, Christ said to his disciples, “Give
not thought what you will say before you are brought before the judges; for
verily I say unto you, at that same moment, the words shall be on your lips.”
Christ was pointing out a mystical truth, that if a person is tuned into their Higher-Self
they will be guided by it. How many of us have had that happen? I know every
time I’m interviewed I have no idea what I will say until the question is asked
and lo and behold the answer comes forth. Not only will the words come forth,
but new ideas of how to do things, or even a new business idea will come to you
when you let go (ego) and let your God-Self. You see we are born in this
society where we have been programmed to just go along and not think for ourselves.
But we can through meditation, prayer and our intention begin to regain our
sovereignty and know that from within lies all the wisdom, knowledge and
understanding needed to consciously create your Heaven on Earth, be empowered
and truly happy.</span></div>
<br />
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">The choice is yours, do you continue to go along or do you begin
to do your own thinking; after all isn’t that what this incarnation is all
about? Becoming your own master, a conscious creator?</span></div>
<br />
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">More important than any technique learned to establish
self-direction or gaining control of your thoughts is the spirit with which one
approaches life. You must want to be directed by your Higher-Self and have a
sincere desire to be true to your own soul and your individual destiny as
determined by God. It also means seeing the illusion that can come about when
letting your ego-self guide you creating false thoughts about yourself and the
world around you.</span></div>
<br />
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">As you strive to connect with and tune in to your
Higher-Self it helps to maintain a positive mental attitude at the surface part
of your consciousness because it creates a state of mind wherein your higher
mind may more easily influence you. You may also want to learn to separate an
intuitive response from an emotional one, as an emotional response is more the
influence of your personal ego and the influence of other people’s thinking of
you and not your Higher-Self which of course is the detached observer of all
things. </span></div>
<br />
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">If you wish your higher mind to lead you, you must keep open
to it, so daily affirm that you receive inner Higher-Self direction by using an
affirmation such as: “All channels of my mind are open to receive daily
direction from all channels opened for me through my Higher-Self.” </span></div>
<br />
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">The effort you put forth is nothing compared to the benefits
of truly stepping into you God power. Are you ready to open up to all the
divine possibilities awaiting you?</span></div>
<br />

is an example of the “mind stuff” of judgment: Someone gives you a wonderful

something else does not, your </span><span style="font-size: 18.6666660308838px; line-height: 21.4666652679443px;">judgment</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"> destroys the beauty that was there.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

go beyond appearances. See beyond your thoughts. See beyond your feelings. See
beyond your preconceived notions. See beyond what you think other people want
you to see and become free.</span><o:p></o:p></div>

<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">From the moment of our birth until our
final transition, we breathe, always and everywhere. Indeed, breath defines our
life and supports body, mind and spirit. Besides being central to life,
ever-present, and connected to the spirit, breathing involves an easily
noticeable complex of physical sensations. Thus, the practice of breath
awareness was widely embraced by our ancestors in the spiritual pursuit. The
Buddha was engaged in breath awareness as his primary practice at the time of
his enlightenment. The Christian Desert Fathers, Hindu Yogis, and Islamic Sufis
employed variations of breath awareness.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Most people
are shallow or chest breathers drawing minimal air into the lungs, usually by
drawing air into the chest using the intercostal muscles rather than throughout
the lungs via the diaphragm and are unaware of the condition. You did not start out this way; in fact, shallow or chest
breathing is a learned behavior. Every baby instinctively breathes from the
abdomen. You can see this watching small children and babies as they sleep.
This cycle of poor breathing, can cause tension and low energy, which makes
raising your vibration difficult. When you breathe shallowly, the air only
enters your upper chest and very little enters your lower chest. This causes a
lack of oxygen to your blood vessels, which can create strain on your heart and
lungs, and releases stress hormones. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div style="line-height: 115%; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Learning to breathe deeply will increase your oxygen supply,
which, in turn, will help to decrease stress and anxiety levels. According to
studies, you can inhale and exhale up to seven times as much air during a
three-part breath than in a shallow, chest-based breath. This deep breathing is
the foundation for other yogic exercises, such as meditation and cleansing and
is known as pranic breathing (Life Force).<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div style="line-height: 115%; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div style="line-height: 115%; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Proper breathing is the very essence of life. It is how our
vibration works and why it happens. It is also the most important life function
we perform. Proper deep breathing is a natural way to increase your energy
level and the electromagnetic flow into your body.</span></span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;">The key is to become mindful of the breathing process: to practice
every day until it becomes automatic for you.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span></div>

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><b style="line-height: 115%; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;">The steps</span></b><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; text-align: justify;"> are straightforward, but like everything new, be patient with
yourself. You can close your eyes, or, keep them open through this exercise,
whichever is more comfortable for you. If you're doing pranic breathing during
meditation, you will probably close your eyes. Here is the method to do it:</span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in; mso-add-space: auto;">
</div>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;">Sit on the
edge of a chair, sofa, or bed, whichever you choose.</span></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;">Keep your
back straight and away from the back of the chair or sofa.</span></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;">Place both
thumbs on your navel and spread your hands across your lower belly. This gets
you used to how you feel when you expand your diaphragm.</span></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;">Place your
tongue on the roof of your mouth behind the hard palate, the hard ridge behind
your top row of teeth. Keep it there while breathing. This connects two major
meridians, or energy channels, enabling the flow of prana. One meridian runs
down the front of the body from the palate to the perineum. This is the
“conception” or “main” meridian. The other runs from the perineum up the spine,
over the back of the head, down the forehead, and ends at the top of the
palate. This is the “governor” meridian.</span></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;">Exhale
through your mouth until your lungs are empty, but do not strain. Your stomach
should move in, but try to keep your spine straight.</span></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;">Begin
breathing in slowly through your nose.</span></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;">Feel your
lungs filling up in three segments: first the abdomen, then the ribcage, and
finally, your chest.</span></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;">Your chest
should not move as you breathe in, only your abdomen.</span></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;">As your
lungs reach capacity, pause for a moment. Then exhale smoothly and gently
through your nose.</span></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;">This
completes one cycle of pranic breathing.</span></li>

<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.25pt -0.25pt;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Consciousness refers</b> to your individual awareness of your unique
thoughts, memories, feelings, sensations and environment. Your conscious
experiences are constantly shifting and changing. For example, now you are
hopefully focused on what you are reading. Your consciousness may then shift to
the memory of a conversation you had earlier with a friend. Next, you might
notice how uncomfortable your chair is or maybe you are mentally planning that
long awaited vacation. These ever-shifting streams of thoughts can change
dramatically from one moment to the next, but your experience of them seems
smooth and effortless. To awaken is to be aware of all aspects of your life.
What are you creating in this moment? Your Consciousness is your ability or
your amount of awareness of both self and others. This awareness can range from
zero (as in deep, dreamless sleep), to Cosmic Consciousness, which is total
awareness of all that exists in all universes (the state of Consciousness of
the SUPREME BEING).<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.25pt -0.25pt;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></span><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">The goal</b> is that you begin to detach from the outcome and be more
of an observer, for that is part of the personality of your soul to observe,
encourage and be in gratitude. Of course you have to first understand how your
subconscious mind or the memory banks of your mind work, if you are to make any
lasting changes. The relationship between the conscious mind and subconscious
mind is like an onion. The conscious is signified by the outer skin that is
easily viewed, while the subconscious is signified by the soft fleshy interior
and hidden. The subconscious mind works according to the law of belief, which
states; you can have anything that you want if you can give up the belief that
you can’t have it.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Mark 11:23 say’s it
this way; “whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed, and be thou
cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that
those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he
saith.” <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.25pt -0.25pt;">
<o:p><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: large;"> </span></o:p><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><strong>The subconscious</strong> is the largest
part of the mind; it holds all of the messages we’ve received throughout our
existence, and learned through repetition, then it groups them into beliefs,
habits, mindsets, and character traits. Those then determine how you feel,
whether or not you have a positive attitude, or a negative one, as well as your
level of success in life. From this point the subconscious is now in control of
your footsteps, and how new experiences will be perceived.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10.3pt -0.25pt;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">To experience real
change </b>you must become a guardian of everything entering into your mind,
because everything that you see, hear and feel goes directly into your
subconscious mind. For me, that means managing the information I allow in, and
eliminating as much negative information like the news and violent movies as
possible. I also make a daily practice of using positive words to reinforce the
attributes I desire. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.25pt -0.25pt;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>There is</b> a world inside of
you, namely your thoughts, feeling, and imagery that create your world in the
physical reality. It is, therefore, the only creative power, and everything
that you find in your physical world, has first been created by you in the
inner world of your mind, consciously or unconsciously. Knowledge of the
interaction of your conscious and subconscious minds will enable you to
transform your whole life. In order to change external conditions, you must
change the cause, which is internal. Most people try to change conditions and
circumstances by working within the frame work of those conditions and
circumstances. However, to remove discord, confusion, lack, and limitation, you
must remove the cause, and the cause is the way you are using your conscious
mind; in other words, the way you are thinking. </span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.25pt -0.25pt;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><o:p></o:p></span></span> </div>

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhzyxBwiEutlypDvrEGtC04eP-BuvV7IhDGlesGSSoc__ntksbeb_Yl8iFfsUS_FYbvm2D9kDvBA6Pkk6hByz1q35-nsufQ1sFVupTgo4hXFsqs_gkzuF-DIHXHJm0q1Cget3TWQWMxMHP9/s1600/iStock_000015344866XSmall%5B1%5D.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="242" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhzyxBwiEutlypDvrEGtC04eP-BuvV7IhDGlesGSSoc__ntksbeb_Yl8iFfsUS_FYbvm2D9kDvBA6Pkk6hByz1q35-nsufQ1sFVupTgo4hXFsqs_gkzuF-DIHXHJm0q1Cget3TWQWMxMHP9/s320/iStock_000015344866XSmall%5B1%5D.jpg" width="320" /></a><br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">It's so easy to think you'll find happiness once your
problems in life are all solved, of course the issue with that is there's
always another problem right around the corner just waiting to steal your
happiness.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>If you are going to live
happily you have to learn how to do so regardless of what problems, crisis or
event there may be. If happiness is a destination you are waiting to arrive at
then you could be in for a long arduous ride. The assumption here for people is
that happiness comes from outside of you. It does not. While there are
obviously things that happen in your life that make you feel either happy or
unhappy, the fact is that these experiences come and they go. The key to a
happy life is that it is never an outside job.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">Living happily really depends on your inner world,
meaning your thoughts and emotions. Happiness is about what you think and
believe, how you feel, how problems affect you. This may sound obvious, but
often we focus instead on our external lives, on getting and spending and
“having fun” and then wonder why we are not happy. But it’s when our inner
lives are serene that we are happiest – and this is inner peace.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">The difficulty is that your inner lives are based on
patterns and habits. Those beliefs that have been seeded in your subconscious
mind and control your every step. In this state you don’t choose because you’re
on auto-pilot and not consciously aware of your inner world.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">So then you are tasked with the idea of reprogramming yourself
to be happy, how? First, decide to be happy and consciously choose it every
single day. This idea of course is about becoming mindful, about getting off of
auto-pilot. Mindfulness is a key inner skill because, as it gets stronger, it
lets you focus on your own inner life and catch your habits in the act. Once
you can see what those habits affect you, then the change you are seeking often
happens of its own accord. Next, value happiness, your choices are based on
your values, what matters most to you. If you regulate happiness to a low
priority in life, other choices will take precedence. Where’s happiness located
on your list relative to work, taking care of others, spending money, <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>meditating ? Only you can change your
perception thus change how you allow your outside world to impact your inside
one!<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">Happiness is your natural state of being, claim it!</span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">To live your
humanness is to experience duality - both joy and suffering. To live from your
heart is to enter the domain of peace and loving-kindness and the timeless
reality of transcendent being. As you expand in consciousness you will begin to
move and create from your heart space for it is there that you'll find true peace,
harmony, love and unity.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">

tapping into a magnetic field 5,000 times larger and 60 times the amplitude of
the brain.</span></strong><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"> You
are tapping into a “heart brain” capable of perception beyond what the brain
“knows” or has memorized. From the heart, you are making the unseen primary
regardless of how the physical world may appear. You are moving from a focus on
solving problems to actually creating a new reality and infinite possibility.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">How do you
live and think from the heart? The first and most important step is not to get
there from your head. Activating and empowering your heart’s center begins with
acknowledging that there is a brain and an emotional center that resides there.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">The complex,
self-organized system of the heart maintains a continuous two-way dialogue with
the brain and the rest of the body. When you put your focus on developing the
coherence you have there, you are training your brain according to your heart.
And here, you amplify your ability to change your reality, shift the direction
of your life, and experience quantum creations.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
</div>
<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">“Is your glass half-empty or
half-full? How you answer this age-old question about positive thinking may
reflect your outlook on life, your attitude towards yourself, and whether
you're optimistic or pessimistic.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>“Your
attitude reflects what you believe about yourself. As a man thinketh in his
heart so is he.” said the mystical teacher Christ. And so I ask you, what are
your words saying about you, what is your story?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Some studies show that
personality traits like optimism and pessimism can affect many areas of your
health and well-being. The positive thinking that typically comes with optimism
is a key part of effective stress management. And effective stress management
is associated with many health benefits. If you tend to be pessimistic, don't
despair — you can learn positive thinking skills. Here's how.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Positive thinking doesn't mean
that you keep your head in the sand and ignore life's less pleasant situations.
Positive thinking just means that you approach the unpleasantness in a more
positive and productive way. You think the best is going to happen, not the
worst.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Positive thinking often starts
with self-talk. Self-talk is the endless stream of unspoken thoughts that run
through your head every day. These automatic thoughts can be positive or
negative. Some of your self-talk comes from logic and reason. Other self-talk
may arise from misconceptions that you create because of lack of information
(false programming). A positive attitude comes from seeing things, from an
inner knowing, and believing that all is moving you towards something more.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Therefore the power of positive
thinking is directly connected to the ability to remove, control or eliminate
negative thoughts.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Thoughts of doubt,
fear, worry, doom and gloom, focusing on what could go wrong is a clear sign of
</span><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12pt;"><a href="http://7steps2success.net/7steps2success.net/Negative_Thinking.html" title="Negative_Thinking.html"><span style="color: windowtext; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">negative thinking</span></a><span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">. And negative thoughts can harm you. </span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Here are some examples of negative self-talk and how
you can apply a positive thinking twist to them. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

and unhappy moods and actions. Words like can’t, fear, hate, try are all lower

is the way to failure, frustration and disappointment.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiRkeJcHLJf9_q7Le28cWW-Cr3SE7KLRX0jy-S2OVBP4TH2i2_6Q6ItPSaFO7Pw5rNvTaN7jcHAxnpv5r9AaRy-2D32uTzf02aXRmwMm6rrmqCIEbtXG1ypnGahF79ncNOWE0vTGs06zT5u/s1600/light+bodies+higher+self.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiRkeJcHLJf9_q7Le28cWW-Cr3SE7KLRX0jy-S2OVBP4TH2i2_6Q6ItPSaFO7Pw5rNvTaN7jcHAxnpv5r9AaRy-2D32uTzf02aXRmwMm6rrmqCIEbtXG1ypnGahF79ncNOWE0vTGs06zT5u/s1600/light+bodies+higher+self.jpg" height="320" width="247" /></a></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">What exactly is grounding? The obvious idea is having one’s
feet on solid ground and/or walking with certainty. It also means being fully
present both physically and spiritually in this dimension. The latter part can
be quite challenging. I know it sometimes still is a task for me. I can start a
spiritual conversation and feel myself drifting or expanding out; it can even
happen when I am teaching, or speaking somewhere. Grounding is also beneficial
to help you feel balanced, increase your inner strength, your self-confidence
and your focus. It helps your spiritual development providing an outlet and
allowing the release of energy more easily. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">So the best way to stay grounded is to stay fully present in
the NOW moment.....this is where your power is. In order to ground your light
you must BE the LIGHT ~ NOW. When you are constantly aware of how you are
emanating your energy, constantly aware of how you are behaving, constantly
aware of where you are and what you are doing you have focus, control and
direction. As soon as you get ungrounded you lose your power, control,
direction and focus.....you get air headed and spacey and tend to lose your
cool when in the face of adversity. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Grounding should become a part of your daily routine. With
time it will become second nature. Consider first some of the most common
symptoms of being ungrounded. This list is not all inclusive, but it will give
you a strong indication of what it means to be ungrounded<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>You will discover yourself experiencing the
same one or two symptoms each time you become ungrounded. The symptoms include:
<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">•<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Dizziness
and/or feeling spacey <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">•<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Day
dreaming or falling asleep while praying/meditating <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">•<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Difficulty
focusing or forgetfulness <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">•<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Eyes
flickering, weight gain <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">•<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Inability
to manifest good ideas<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">One of the things that we have carried throughout our
evolution is the “fight or flight” response. This is a program we use as a
protection from everything fearful. The “fight response” actually causes us to
“stand our ground” while the “flight response” causes the exact opposite
reaction. Not only do we attempt to flee the situation, but inside of
ourselves, our “soul” begins to detach from our physical body. Whenever we are
threatened, either physically or emotionally, our bodies’ primordial response
is to presume that we are “dying”. With that response, our “soul” starts to
detach further from our bodies even more than it already is. As the “soul”
detaches, our bodies are further convinced that it is dying, and a vicious
cycle is started. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Becoming and staying grounded prevents this response from
moving you off your center.</span><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Here’s one technique imagine your first, or root chakra.
This chakra houses all of your survival information. In your mind's eye, see
this chakra and sense it with your feelings. Now, create a cord or line of
energy. The cord can be whatever you want it to look like, a rope, a branch or a
pipe. It can also be any color you wish. See this grounding cord as strong and
unbreakable. Now see it securely attached to your first chakra. It doesn’t
matter what symbol you use for your cord, and it doesn’t matter if you see it
strongly or not at first. All that matters is your decision that it’s
there.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">See it extend all the way down to the center of the earth.
The center of the earth can be whatever you wish it to look like as well. A
ball of energy or molten rock; whatever is comfortable, symbolic and pleasing
to you. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Attach the other end of your grounding cord to the center of
the earth. Congratulations, you are now grounded.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><o:p></o:p></span></div>

yourself completely until you have forgiven others first. It is known in the
medical field that resentment, condemnation of others, remorse, and hostility
are behind a host of maladies ranging from arthritis to cardiac disease. They
point out that these sick people, who were hurt, mistreated, deceived, or
injured, were full of resentment and hatred for those who hurt them. This
caused inflamed and festering wounds in their subconscious minds, and "as

<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: -.25pt;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;"><b>Intention</b> according to The Free Dictionary it is a course of action
that one intends to follow, an aim that guides action, an objective. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: -.25pt;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;"><b>The starting </b>point to fulfilling your dreams the force/energy that
fulfills our needs whatever they may be, from health and love to money and of
course spiritual awakening. An intention statement is a statement that talks
about what one wants to do, or intends to do. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 103%; margin-bottom: 11.65pt; margin-left: -.25pt; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">
<b><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;"><br /></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 103%; margin-bottom: 11.65pt; margin-left: -.25pt; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">
<span style="font-size: large;"><b><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">What is a Pure Intention? </span></b><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 10.25pt; margin-left: -.25pt; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;"><b>Spiritually speaking</b><span style="line-height: 111%;"> </span>pure intention taps into
divine energy (versus ego energy), it is for the highest good, and it is
non-competing. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 10.4pt; margin-left: -.25pt; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;"><b>Pure intentions</b><span style="line-height: 111%;"> </span>are infused with an
unconditional and clear knowing that the fulfillment of it will have a positive
learning, growing and/or healing outcome for you and for all those involved, it
is your next best step (or direction) towards a more fulfilling life, and that
you are worthy to receive what you want to manifest. In other words it's for
the best and highest good for all. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: -.25pt;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Once you create an intention,
check in with yourself and see if it feels pure. Is it clear? Is it something
you can put on a bumper sticker and be proud of? Do your other intentions
support it? Do you feel there is a divine reason for the intention (versus ego
reason)? Is it for the highest good of all concerned? Does it feel peaceful and relaxing? <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Love by definition is<span class="st"><span style="color: #222222;"> profoundly tender, passionate affection for another

<span class="st"><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">As
you see Love and Fear go hand in hand, for the true opposite of love is fear. Love
expands while fear shrinks. In fear you become closed while Love opens. In love
one trusts while in fear there is doubt. <o:p></o:p></span></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="color: black; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">How do you move out of
fear? By first recognizing what your fear is, perhaps it is a lack of trust
that everything is going to be ok; a lack of trust that the Universe truly
loves you, or a lack of trust in your own self to create positive events in
your life. To release fear you must first affirm that you know and trust that
you are attracting wonderful events and people into your life.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="color: black; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Now, how do we trust in
the Universe and trust yourself? The answer is with love. Love is the most
powerful energy in the Universe, and it can override all other energies. You
must begin to approach each moment with love and an open heart. Follow this
exercise: practice feeling love and trusting in yourself and the Universe. Send
little beams of love to everyone you pass whether driving or walking by
someone, while at work practice sending love to your co-workers. Answer the
phone with love. Respond to requests with love. Keep practicing!<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="color: black; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Being loving in every
moment is a challenge, especially when you are around people who at the moment
don’t appear to be giving love in return. These people need your love the most,
as they are a reflection of where you are not being loving to yourself. Send
them more love. The more love you can send, the more you will raise your
vibration, initiate the Law of Attraction in the most powerful way, and create
a positive force in the world.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;">If you observe your problems, you will notice that most of them are rooted in your mind. The basic premise is the same: some external event happens; you choose to see only one side of the story, and then interpret the situation such that it causes some form of mental conflict, resulting in some form of emotional suffering.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;"><br /> While it is easy to simply say, “drop your problems”, you and I both know that it is not that simple. We all have had years and years of conditioning in attracting problems and conflicts. So much so, that the simple concept of ‘stop thinking about problems’ will not be so effective you need tools that strike at the problem’s root. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;"><br />
Let’s try this exercise; close your eyes for a few minutes and during these minutes, send out the intention that you want silence and stillness, and you do not want to be pulled away from this silence by thoughts. (Pause your reading and go do this.)</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;"><br />
Okay, so what happened? You probably noticed that the moment you become silent, thoughts started popping up – random and unrelated thoughts. These thoughts become a form of distraction, pulling you away from your inner silence.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;"><br /> This was only an experiment where you consciously observed your mind and tried to become still, but could not. Imagine the state of your inner space, while you are going about your day, unaware of the polluting in-coming thoughts.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;"><br />
As a result, your inner space becomes cluttered with useless information, with thoughts that are not conducive to your well-being, or expansion. Because your inner space is cluttered, your inner clarity and in-born wisdom become distant and foggy. Essentially, you've lost touch with the part of your inner self that is sacred, wise, peaceful, and eternal.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;"><br />
The distractions that you've declared as urgent and important, such as watching TV, updating your Facebook and Twitter pages, checking email, etc. all pull at you. They all pull at your attention, distracting you and taking you away from things that are truly important to enlightenment, and things that will bring lasting happiness and fulfillment to your life. And whether you recognize it or not, the information that you expose yourself to, fills your inner space on some level, and affects your emotions and desires (programming which we will cover later). If you’re not careful, you may find yourself rushing through life, spending your precious time on this planet focused on that which does not matter – and then wonder where did your life go?</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;"><br />
AFFIRMATION: “My conscious mind is at peace as I go through this day, as I am sensitive to the eternal peace of Creator’s presence within me.”</span><br />

attitude that can profoundly change your consciousness. When you live your life
in gratitude, it can affect your being at a biological level, training your
mind and body to live in a higher state of health and well being. It<b> </b>opens your heart and directs your energy to that which you
love and what brings you joy, and in so magically attracts more of the same.
For example: whenever I receive something I really like I say "thank you,
more please!" It is a way to give and receive. The more you value and feel
grateful for anything, the more there will be to feel grateful for. When you
grateful you experience all the beautiful qualities you feel grateful for all
over again. What you appreciate, appreciates! If you really wish to do
something, bask in the energies of gratitude. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; margin: 0in 0in 7.5pt;">
<span style="font-family: "Cambria","serif"; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">As I sit and
ponder this idea of being happy, a quote comes to mind " </span><span lang="EN" style="color: black; font-family: "Cambria","serif"; font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%; mso-ansi-language: EN; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Helvetica; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The art of being happy lies in the power of extracting
happiness from common things" by Henry Ward Beecher</span><span lang="EN" style="font-family: "Cambria","serif"; font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%; mso-ansi-language: EN; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Helvetica; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Not always the
easiest thing to do, but worth a try if we are to find it right?<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div style="line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0pt;">
<span lang="EN" style="font-family: "Cambria","serif"; font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%; mso-ansi-language: EN; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Helvetica; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">It's so easy to think you'll find happiness
once your problems in life are all solved, of course the issue with that is there's
always another problem right around the corner, just waiting to steal your
happiness.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span><span style="font-family: "Cambria","serif"; font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">If you are going to live happily you have to learn how to do so
regardless of what problems there may be. </span><span lang="EN" style="font-family: "Cambria","serif"; mso-ansi-language: EN; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">If happiness is a destination you are waiting to arrive at
then you could be in for a long ride. The assumption here for people is that happiness
comes from outside of you. It does not. While there are obviously things that
happen in your life that make you feel either happy or unhappy, the fact is
that these experiences come and they go. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The key to life is that it is never an outside
job.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div style="line-height: 115%;">
<span style="font-family: "Cambria","serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">Living happily depends mainly on your inner life, meaning your thoughts,
emotions, desires <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>your entire mental and
emotional scene. Happiness is about what you think and believe, how you feel,
how problems affect you. This may sound obvious, but often we focus instead on
our external lives, on getting and spending and “having fun” and then wonder
why we are not happy. But it’s when our inner lives are serene that we are
happiest – and this is inner peace.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div style="line-height: 115%;">
<span style="font-family: "Cambria","serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The difficulty is that our inner lives are based on patterns and habits.
Those beliefs that have been seeded in our subconscious mind and control our
every step. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In this state you don’t
choose, occasion by occasion, how you respond inside. This happens and you feel
angry; that happens and you feel sad. Because of these habits, events don’t
necessarily leave you with inner peace. So the key is to change the patterns
and acquire new inner habits, new programming.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div style="line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 12pt;">
<span style="font-family: "Cambria","serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">So then we are tasked with the idea of reprogramming ourselves to be
happy, how? First, decide to be happy and consciously choose it every single
day. This idea of course is about becoming mindful, getting off of auto-pilot. Mindfulness
is a key inner skill because, as it gets stronger, it lets you focus on your
own inner life and catch your habits in the act. Once you can see what they do
the change you are seeking often happens of its own accord. Next, value
happiness, </span><span lang="EN" style="font-family: "Cambria","serif"; mso-ansi-language: EN; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">Your choices are based on your values. If you
regulate happiness to a low priority in life, other choices will take
precedence. Where’s happiness located on your list relative to work, taking
care of others, spending money, etc.? We move to </span><strong><span style="font-family: "Cambria","serif"; font-weight: normal; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">Benevolence</span></strong><strong><span style="font-family: "Cambria","serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">:</span></strong><span style="font-family: "Cambria","serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;"> It comes as a
surprise when you first hear it but benevolence or love starts off as a
practical skill which counteracts negative emotions like anger and hatred,
terrible wreckers of happiness. Try it the next time someone annoys you: put
yourself in their place and ask yourself what they might be thinking or feeling
to behave like that. It doesn’t mean they should get away with it, but if you
get into the habit of thinking more tolerantly – understanding that their
actions are also ruled by inner habits – you’ll find you can react with less
anger. And less anger equals more happiness for you, because you are more equipped
to choose your response.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Another
important concept or skill to practice is that of <strong><span style="font-family: "Cambria","serif"; font-weight: normal; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">Letting-go:</span></strong> This is particularly
helpful when we are unhappy not getting what we want. We have been programmed
to believe more is better, whether it’s clothes or money or even love. But letting
go helps us to release the notion that we have to be in control, or have
material things to be happy. In letting go we also learn how to </span><span lang="EN" style="font-family: "Cambria","serif"; mso-ansi-language: EN; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">practice forgiveness. Bad things happen to good
people. Good people make bad mistakes. There’s nothing you can do about it
other than forgive and move on to making yourself happy again. When you hold
onto bad feelings from the past, you prolong your suffering. Don’t give unhappy
thoughts a home. Let negative thoughts and feelings drift away, and as they
drift away. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div style="line-height: 115%;">
<span lang="EN" style="font-family: "Cambria","serif"; mso-ansi-language: EN; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">Create positive ones to balance-out the negatives. You
need to generate a minimum of five positive moments to offset the negative
emotions that are automatically aroused by a bad situation. Keep a list of what
makes you happy, and generate at least five of those experiences to eliminate
the negative. Practice being happy, because it is like a muscle - it gets
stronger the more you exercise it. Keeping yourself happy is like
staying in shape. You’ll become better at it the more you do it. It will become
easier to do. And eventually it will become a habit, a new program seeded in
your subconscious mind that you’ll really miss when you don’t do it.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div style="line-height: 115%;">
<span lang="EN" style="font-family: "Cambria","serif"; mso-ansi-language: EN; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">You can face any challenge in life if you have faith
in yourself and in a higher power. To renew your energy, you need to make time to
replenish your spirit through whatever acts or rituals that make your heart
sing! Happiness
is your natural state of being, claim it!</span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 200%; margin: 0in 0in 10pt; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 200%; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Everything in the Universe is energy and all
energy exists at different levels of vibration and frequency. We are moving
from third dimensional consciousness to fourth and higher, as is the
earth.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 200%; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">Consciousness and
vibrational frequency are perfectly correlated. When you're lower in frequency,
you're lower in consciousness-your perception is dulled-and you view things
through a foggy lens. When you're higher in frequency, you're higher in
consciousness, your perception is heightened and you see things more clearly
the higher you go. Just as when you ascend in an airplane, you see a larger
picture the higher you climb, and the brighter it becomes as you break through
the clouds</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 200%; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";"><o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 200%; margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 200%; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Raising
your vibration allows you to connect more directly with your Higher self , it
vibrates at a higher level creating and using this relationship to your Higher
self allows for information to be more easily accepted by the conscious and
actualized. In other words, once you begin to raise your vibration, you can
better understand life and everything in general, you will feel more at peace,
in touch, connected, and happier.</span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 200%; margin: 0in 0in 10pt; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 200%;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>So what exactly is energy?</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 200%; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";"> You see everything in the universe is
made up of energy and matter; everything that is energy and matter has an
energetic vibration. Energetic vibrations attract similar vibrations. You've
heard of the Law of Attraction- like attracts like, it's more like energy attracts
energy. The human body and outer experience is comprised of >99% energy and
<1% matter. What is interesting is that we tend to focus 99% of our
attention on what we can see, matter which is <1% of what we are working
with. The fact is it is the invisible energy and matter, and this energetic
vibration, that has the greatest weight and pull on your life’s outcomes. Your
reality is a direct reflection of what your energetic vibration is attracting.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 200%; margin: 0in 0in 10pt; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 200%; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>There are two forms of energy:
kinetic and potential. Kinetic energy is in motion and potential energy is
stored in matter- motionless. Kinetic energy is at work for you right now, and
potential energy is stored away waiting for direction. You have as much energy
as you need to perform the goals you think about. You have unlimited power and
energy, but this energy will not be revealed to you until you raise your
vibration to the level of consciousness in which this energy exists. What you
see in your human experience is matter, solid, liquid, or gas.</span></span><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 200%; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";"> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 200%; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Solid matter consists of tightly packed
molecules with a low vibration in a specific shape and size. Solid matter is
dense, heavy, and restricted; remember in an earlier chapter how the choice of
words can impact you? The molecules in liquid matter are more spread and fluid
thus a higher vibration. The molecules in gas are the most spread out and free
to flow in all directions giving it the highest vibration. The higher your
energetic vibration is, the lighter, happier, and freer you will feel and
become. It is important to note that your thoughts, intentions, and emotions
indicate your vibration. This vibration is also influenced by your experiences
and environments. When you become conscious of your vibration and its role in
your life, you can choose to raise your vibration by choosing positive thoughts
and emotions that feel good to you and align with the greater good of all. Destiny
does play a part here regardless of conscious thought, for I was shown how I
wrote in the pages of my Akashic record all that I was to do in this life. Your
level of consciousness and vibration become significant in how your destiny
plays out, and whether or not it is miserable or miraculous. For example, the
car accident: It was my destiny to awaken at that time, but since my vibration
was not as high as it is now, I became a match to the car accident. My chaos
into harmony moment. It could have played out any number of ways, because only
the fact that I was to awaken was in my akashic record, the how to was totally
up to me, or should I say my vibration. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Lower vibrations result in more suffering and
often include: negative thoughts (complaining, excuses, blaming), negative
emotions (anger, fear, shame, jealously, guilt, sadness), and negative outcomes
(conflict, pain, illness, loss, accident, trauma, drama). Higher vibrations
result in more love and include positive thoughts (gratitude, appreciation,
abundance), positive emotions (peace, joy, compassion, acceptance), and
positive outcomes (health, happiness, success, and prosperity).<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">

<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 200%; margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 200%; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";">Most important is </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 200%;">How you feel vibrationally speaking
that is. The emotional vibration that you emit attracts situations and
scenarios to match the feeling you put out. “What you put out is what you get
back.” We’ve all heard it. The universe is neutral; it does not favor anyone.
The universe simply gives you what you ask for. The universe - GOD only
vibrates one way, in one direction, that is Love and flow, you are either in
the flow or not. GOD doesn't pick and choose for you, you pick and choose by
what you vibrate to. </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 200%; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">The higher your vibrational frequency, the more you
are able to comprehend because you are allowing a greater Flow of Life Force
through your mind and body. Vibrational frequency depends on the amount of Life
Force you are channeling through you. Life Force can also be characterized as
God Energy and Intelligence, or love, and is continually emanating from Source.
The lower your vibrational frequency, the less you are able to comprehend
because your ego is restricting the flow of life force/God energy and
Intelligence/love through your mind and body. Your fearful ego uses judgment
and resistance to choke off the Flow. To overcome this you must override your
ego, non-resistance and a commitment to allowing Love to flow through you no
matter what is happening around you is key. The more you allow the essence of God
to flow through your mind and body, the higher you in vibrational frequency becomes,
and the more creative you'll become thus giving way to a more authentic empowered
you. The lower you are in vibrational frequency, the less creative ideas and
empowerment you experience and can utilize because your ego is choking off the
flow and allowing less of the essence of God to flow through your mind and
body.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

vibrational frequency not only makes you wiser and more powerful, it moves you
out of struggle, turmoil and pain, and places you in the realm of joy, ease,
peace, and harmony. So the key to claiming wisdom, creativity, and empowerment
and every possible blessing-is in raising your vibrational frequency, which is
done by allowing more Love to flow.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">I was asked
recently can one be Metaphysical and a Christian, so I thought that I would
share my thoughts on the subject. You see, I’ve considered myself to be a
Christian for the majority of my life, considering I attended all Catholic
schools throughout childhood and even attended an all girl High School at a
convent. Which of course created issues within itself!<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">As an adult
I was able to lay to rest the guilt and conflicts that are often a result of
the Catholic dogma. You know what I mean, you’re a sinner and you must live a
life full of our rules so that you may be worthy of eternal happiness when you
die. Well, to the average person that statement may seem normal, but to me it
just raised a red flag. What about happiness here and now doesn’t that matter?
At that point I started moving away from the Catholic church, and started
seeking answers in the “Christian” world. Which of course presented a whole
other list of rules. I remember one church I attended. The single ladies had to
sit in a area by themselves, as did the single men, and the married couples
could sit with each other (what a concept)! They still had Wednesday night
Bible study, and their interpretations weren’t too far off from the
“Catholics”. The only difference I could see was that the “Christians” didn’t
have saints, and didn’t kneel throughout their service.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">I still had
many unanswered questions. Then one day I started searching for answers that
made sense to me, and that is what lead me to Metaphysics. You see within these
teachings you are taught that not only is God within you, but you have a direct
connection to the “Creator”. That got my attention, but what else is there? <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">This is what
I found: The highest quest of human growth and awareness is to discover your
ultimate Self-Reality; i.e. the relationship of man-woman and the Universe. To
know that there is a Supreme Universal Intelligence, or God that resides
somewhere in the deeper levels of the human mind. To make direct contact with
this Supreme Universal Intelligence Mind, or God. To experience this presence. “Know
the truth and the truth shall set you free.” This is the realization of oneness
with the Creator. Then to bring it forth into the conscious mind and surface
daily life. Finally be guided intuitively in every action you take. How do you
begin? Meditation, and that my friend is another article, for there are many
methods, but the main thing to remember is to quiet yourself and listen.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">You see you
are not a sinner, but simply here to experience life. To expand anyway you so
choose for this is a free will zone. Yes, free will. There is no good or bad,
right or wrong, black or white, it just is. Get out of judgments and separation.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>You either get on the path of life and take
the short road (meaning doing things that better serve you) or you get on that
path and take the long route, (lots of detours, and hardships) but in the end
lessons have been learned. How else are we to grow? <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">You see it
isn’t about religion and which one is right or righter! It’s about connecting
to the truth; you are Divine created in the image of God. That means something!
Wakeup know how important you are, and that you are here on Mother Earth for a
reason. Get on the path of life and live each day as the blessing it truly is,
and the blessing you truly are! <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">

<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Namaste’<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-font-style: italic; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">The person who chooses to live
within Moderation will seldom be faced with extreme situations of his own
making.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 10pt; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="color: black; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";">On the surface, moderation
simply means avoiding extremes. It involves finding strategies and habits that
can be maintained over the long-term, without cycling between one extreme and
the other. </span><span style="color: black; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman";"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>At a deeper level,
moderation is a commitment to balance and wholeness. It is rooted in the
recognition that each person has many different (and often competing) needs,
desires, abilities, and goals. Living up to your full potential means finding
ways to incorporate all of them into your decision-making processes and
choices.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 10pt; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
<span style="color: black; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman";"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">How badly do you want peace of mind? Badly enough to really change
the way you’re living life? If so, and of course this must truly be your desire
if you are to make a change, because nothing beyond God will help you as much
on a practical level as an understanding that moderation is the philosophy of
those who have greater peace of mind.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;">Moderation doesn’t seem to get a lot of play
these days. Everything is presented in extremes. We have extreme sports,
extreme deodorant, extreme energy drinks, to name a few. We seek extremes
because we erroneously believe that the more intense an experience is, the more
pleasurable it will be.<o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;">As we increase our stimulation, our appetite
consequently rises to meet it. We then need even more stimulation to achieve
the same pleasure the old level of stimulation gave us.<o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;">When we feel unhappy and bored there are two
ways to revive our feelings of enjoyment and pleasure. One is to seek new
things and more stimulation. You can start going out more, having sex more, and
buying more new things and experiences. But the pleasure you get from
ratcheting up the intensity of these experiences will eventually end in a
plateau. <strong><span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; font-weight: normal; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;">The alternative, is to have a oneness of identity with God, and then
continue life, neither craving and running after any whim or fancy of enjoyment
that may come along, nor withdrawing either. As you would live in your oneness
with God, choose to live your life in moderation, being always aware to avoid
extremes. So, don’t spend too much or too little. Don’t work too hard or too
little. Don’t overeat. Don’t under eat. Don’t sleep too much. Don’t get too
little sleep—this is living in moderation.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">
</span>To cultivate the virtue of moderation is to seek greater enjoyment and
pleasure in things you currently do, while expanding in to the new gracefully,
and with ease. This will help you to avoid the tearing emotional extremes that
make life filled with constant turmoil or contrast. Leaving little time for
peace of mind, where both love and God can be enjoyed to the fullest.</span></strong><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><o:p></o:p></b></span><br />
<br />
<strong><span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;">Reconnect with Your Senses.</span></strong><span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;"> We live in a society saturated by
stimulation. We have become numbed to nuance. You don’t need new stimulation;
you need to rediscover the hidden layers of ordinary experiences . Stop inhaling
your food, as I often remind my husband. Start allowing yourself to enjoy it by
tasting all of the unique flavors and textures in each mouthful. Instead of
doing a keg stand and chugging cheap beer, learn to savor and appreciate the
craftsmanship that goes into a quality brew. Enjoy looking at the at the night
sky, be in awe of the magnificent work God has done! Start actually thinking
about how touching your partners skin feels. Many find themselves <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>walking through life like zombies, on
auto-pilot. Wake up and start delving into the wonder of the world!<o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<strong><span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;">Get Reacquainted with Your
Attention Span.</span></strong><span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;"> Whenever I
watch older movies from a few decades ago, I am reminded of just how much
slower the pacing of the action is. Things seem to happen in real time. I even
feel annoyed by it. But the problem is my attention span, not the movie. Even
when my computer decides to go at a snail’s pace, I can sometimes get
frustrated. But then I think, it was only a few years ago that I had dial-up.”
Our expectations for speed and stimuli have gotten unreasonable. Start
stretching your attention span by watching old movies, reading a good, long
book, or going for a long walk to nowhere. And when you get restless, try to
put things in perspective.<o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<strong><span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;">Stop multitasking and be present
in the moment.</span></strong><span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;"> If you’re
like me, you’re always doing two things at once: talking on the phone and
surfing the net, surfing the net and watching TV, watching TV and reading a
magazine, you get it. But this craving only begets the need for more
stimulation. Try to do one task at a time. Quit mindlessly distracting yourself
every moment. Concentrate your senses and focus on whatever it is you are
doing. Begin living in the NOW!<o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="color: black; font-size: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman";"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">So the next time you hear the words, “<strong><span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;">everything in moderation</span></strong>,”
don’t just think about your diet, but look at everything in your life!<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">As we move
into a new year it usually means New Year's resolution, but just for a moment
let's do something different. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Let's throw
away the good intentional but never carried out multitude of resolutions like changing
our eating habits, losing weight, or making more money (you get the picture)!
Instead I <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>purpose that you focus on a
single change that will affect your life more than any resolution that bores
you in a few weeks could ever!<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">In my
practice as a Metaphysical Practitioner I'm often asked how to turn negative
chatter in your head around. Since we know how important it is to maintain a positive
attitude. I thought it time to address the issue of chatter and negative
self-talk. You know what I'm talking about that voice inside your head that is
always judging you. The voice that is the first thing you hear when you drop
something or stub your toe. It's the voice that says "I'm stupid"
"I can't do anything right".<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">These
negative statements have more of an impact on your subconscious mind and your
life than you can imagine. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> Because your subconscious mind runs the show. Ninety percent of every new experience is based on what is seeded or programmed in your subconscious.</span></span><span style="background: white;"> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">These
ideals are developed from patterns and habits formed from childhood, genetic
cellular memory, past lives, and even from the beginnings of our existence. We
learn from our parents, other people, and events we experience as we grow up.
Some of the things learned may have served us as children, but no longer serve
us as adults. Others are the product of difficult or traumatic experiences held
in our subconscious or memory banks, and have left a legacy of negative beliefs
and thought patterns. Our thoughts and our words are energy and therefore have
the power to change our lives. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">This
negative voice is something we all have, and at times struggle with, but you
can take control of it and let your positive attitude shine through and thus
create the life you deserve! <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">I'm going to
give you two ideas you can use to turn off the negative voice and turn on the positive
one, so that it can become the dominate voice you hear.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">First, you
have a negative message come through say "Cancel thought, Cancel thought,
Cancel thought" or "Delete, Delete, Delete" and then replace
that negative thought with a positive one. You don't need to say it aloud. For
example,<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>if your negative voice says
"I can't do this, it's to hard for me", think "Cancel thought,
Cancel thought, Cancel thought, and then follow that with "Nothing is to
hard for me when I put my mind to it, in fact I can do anything"! <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Right now,
of course you're thinking "this is to hard for me". Think about this,
you did not get here over night and so it's going to take practice and effort
to reprogram yourself! Everything takes practice , and as you may be thinking
this is silly, your persistence will pay off, and before you know it , not only
will this become automatic for you, but your negative thought will diminish
greatly. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">

<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"></span></span></b> </div>
<br />
<div style="line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;">It was said that on the Lunar Eclipse that just
passed on the 29th of last month, there was an activation or return of the
Divine Feminine energy to planet Earth. What is this you ask, and why is it
important to us?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Well, to speak of God
as She in our current society is regarded as brazen, and in America I would go
as far to say to some even blasphemous. However, the tradition of the feminine
aspect of divinity has a long history. From Ameratsu and Cannon in Japan, to
Quan yin in China, to Akua'ba in Africa, and Isis in Egypt. The Divine Mother
has a long tradition in the history of the planet's consciousness. It is
estimated that from approximately 35,000 BCE to approximately 5,000 BCE the
Goddess was the primary deity figure. That in fact over ninety percent of all
the figurines found from this period appear to be of a female goddess.<span style="color: #00000a;"> The "feminine principle" is viewed by the
traditions of the East as the principle of birth, transformation and rebirth,
the nurturing and sustaining influence in the universe.</span> <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div style="line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><o:p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div style="line-height: 115%; margin: 1.45pt 0in;">
<span style="font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;">As we enter
the "Golden age" we have<span style="color: #00000a;"> need to
reinstate a sense of the "Goddess" because the nurturing principle of
the female is needed to help guide our way through the maze of accelerated
change which surrounds us. I would offer to you that many of our problems arise
as a result of looking at God only as He , the He who appears to initiate holy
wars and conquest. without the Divine Feminine Principle incorporated into
one's concept of the Godhead, you have only told, at best, half the story
regarding the divine nature; you have fallen short of a full appreciation of
the divinity within and without. The Divine feminine is the balancing within
each of us of a compassionate heart. Our current world view is out of balance,
and the world scene reflects that lack of balance. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Learning to embrace the female principle will <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>nurture <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>and bring balance back. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div style="line-height: 115%; margin: 1.45pt 0in;">
<span style="color: #00000a; font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><o:p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div style="line-height: 115%; margin: 1.45pt 0in;">
<span style="color: #00000a; font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;">It
is time for us to celebrate and honor the Spirit of the Divine Feminine as well
as the Divine Masculine. It's time for us to come together as one, working
towards healthy relationships, and as we do, we will build healthy communities. We
must allow the re-emergence of this energy into our consciousness, and then wisdom will begin to
enfold us.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div style="line-height: 115%; margin: 1.45pt 0in;">
<span style="color: #00000a; font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><o:p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div style="line-height: 115%; margin: 1.45pt 0in;">
<span style="color: #00000a; font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;">As
we come to the close of 2012 and begin to make New Year's resolutions, let's go
deep within our hearts and make real change. Changes that will not only affect
us on an individual level but globally. For we are in fact the ones that we
have been waiting for.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div style="line-height: 115%; margin: 1.45pt 0in;">
<span style="color: #00000a; font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><o:p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="color: #00000a; font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin;">Till
next year,<o:p></o:p></span></div>
